1.The spring¡Çs setting

In our thinking, suspension for streets starts with the spring.
According to this the rate is F 6kg and R 4kg.

2.Vehicle height adjustment

Thanks to the coilover the vehicle¡Çs height can be easily adjusted.

We can adjust the vehicle height using the belonging wrench.

3.Whole height adjustment

The suspension¡Çs lower part ends in the so called bottom bracket.
The height adjustment can be carried out by not only adjusting the spring¡Çs lower seat, but by using the bottom bracket too.

4.Upper mount for NB

NB type upper mount is adopted to suppress the feeling of protruding.
The parts used in the original are made very well on the premise of sound countermeasures and life.
By adopting these parts, it is possible to meet the optimal function as a street specification.

In addition, the lower part of the upper seat is equipped with a dedicated aluminum upper seat with aluminum shavings to improve the adhesion and fixing of the spring.

5.Specially designed upper mount (high stroke specification)

The crying place of roadster NA.NB is a stroke shortage of the rear side sass.
Due to the structure of genuine sass, there is a aspect that it is difficult to secure a stroke.
The more specialized the circuit specifications are, the harder the spring is mounted than is used on the street, and as a result, the stroke volume is smaller. However, the closer this is to everyday specifications using a supple and soft spring, the more roll volume becomes more embossed. The biggest problem is the total length.
It is good if you can use a long suspension like the front on the rear side, but the distance from the chassis mounting part to the lower arm mounting part is fixed, so the upper mount review will be effective to overturn this.

6.15-stage attenuation adjustment

7.Spring seatt

An upper seat made of special aluminum billet is adopted between the upper mount and the spring.
This is to ensure that the spring is always stable and seated on the upper mount.
This does not cause any spring outs.
In addition, a dedicated seat ring is provided between the spring and the aluminum upper seat to reduce friction damage caused by spring bites and vibrations.

8.Substance

Compared to conventional BC dampers, the case diameter is a little thinner.
As a result, the amount of oil is small, and hard driving comes out.

Although this is a big difference from bc damper, BC Street boasts enough performance to cope with sports driving on public roads and passes.
In addition, the shaft uses a shaft equivalent to the BC damper to increase the strength.
The main body is plated and rust-proof.

9.Completely made to order

BC Street, like BC dampers, is a bespoke marha special manufactured in a specialized factory.
The production lead time is indeed 2-3 months.
